At the beginning we won a contract to streamline the preparation of printed catalogues for Dynamics NAV 3.6. At that time we laid the foundations for PIMICS, but then we called it Allium Katalog. Since then, we have been extending our PIM module regularly and we have been migrating to new versions. At this time we have a modern version working in Dynamics 365 Business Central and being updated continually, but we still have a few customers using it with Dynamics NAV 2018 or even older versions of NAV.
During the development of PIMICS, not only Navision itself, but also the surrounding world and needs of our clients and their customers have changed. Gradually, we needed to evolve our PIM module given waning interest in printed catalogues and the advent of e-commerce.
Since NAV 2015, we have our solutions certified by Microsoft as Certified for Microsoft Dynamics and for Business Central as Available On AppSource.
Today, we can build on the know-how we've collected over the past 20 years and we claim that a quality PIM CAN manage product data directly in your ERP.
